Inside an Elsam poly pipe coil

The long-coil advantage

Fewer joins. Faster installs.

Large coils support long pipeline runs. Where the specified coil length suits your design, fewer joins can mean less jointing work on site, a practical advantage for large properties and remote projects.

Coil lengths depend on size and pressure rating. Long-coil lengths such as 75mm Black PN8 in 1000m coils are available.

Troughs. Tanks. Poly pipe.
All in the family.

Elsam is one of the Bilba Group businesses. The group calls itself the largest rural water development company in northern Australia, installing thousands of kilometres of poly pipe and hundreds of water tanks on NT stations each year.

The group's own cattle stations are where it tests and refines the products it makes. That way, recommendations to customers have already been proven on the group's own country.

Sustainability

Waste plastic back into pipe

Elsam received $266,709 in Australian and Northern Territory government funding for a pelletising line and conveyor system. The line is designed to process waste HDPE plastics so the output can be reused as poly pipe.
